Terms and conditions

1. DEFINITIONS:
 
In these conditions is understood:
-the entrepreneur: Thuline Studio-Gallery.
-the customer: the natural person who trades with Thuline Studio-Gallery
 
 
2. CONDITIONS:
 
The general terms and conditions apply to every offer and / or quotation between Thuline Studio-Galleryand the customer, as well as the execution of the agreement.
 
Thuline Studio-Gallery reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time and without express notification. The general terms and conditions that apply are the published terms and conditions on the date of purchase.
 
 
3. AGREEMENT:
 
The agreement is concluded when the customer has paid the order and Thuline Studio-Gallery has confirmed the customer by e-mail. As long as the receipt of the order has not been confirmed by the Thuline Studio-Gallery, the consumer can dissolve the agreement.
 
4. PRODUCT PRICE:
 
The prices of the products offered are in Pounds and  for the individual and exclusively for the traders. Orders are accepted from £100 (excluding transport costs).  Email for trade prices
 
 
5. PAYMENTS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT:
 
All orders are payable in cash. For this, the customer can use the following payment method: payment via home bank or cash upon collection of the goods in our showroom.

6. DELIVERY COSTS:
 
 
The delivery cost is always clearly stated to the customer at the checkout. The delivery cost is added to the product price or to the total of the different product prices.

7. DELIVERY PERIOD:
 
Most products are available from stock. Prints are made to order. In case a product and / or products is not in stock, the customer will be notified by e-mail within 5 working days and the new delivery day will be communicated.
The products are delivered between 2 to 5 working days after confirmation of the order, provided that the customer's details are correct. The customer may terminate the agreement free of charge and without notice if Thuline Studio-Gallery cannot deliver within 30 days.
For this, the customer only needs to send an e-mail to art@thuline.com.
 
 
8. DISPUTES:
 
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.
 
9. RIGHT to withdrawal:
 
The customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date of the product or products to return the product or products without reason.
The customer must report the withdrawal in writing and fill it in by filling in the “withdrawal form” or by making another unambiguous statement (by mail or letter) in which he declares to withdraw from the contract.
The customer may only return the product or products when he / she has notified the right of withdrawal in writing.

  • Dirty products are not accepted.
  • Personalized or customized products are never taken back.
     
If the return does not meet these conditions, they will not be eligible for a refund.
 
10. FORM FOR WITHDRAWAL:

c) Fill in online on our website and send it through our website.
 
Thuline Studio-Gallery will immediately notify the customer of the receipt of the withdrawal.
 
11. REFUND PERIOD:
 
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the “withdrawal form”. The amount will be refunded including the initial delivery cost. If the return is only AFTER 14 days, after completion
In the case of a partial return, the initial delivery cost is not refunded.
 
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
 
Thuline Studio-Gallery cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the purchase contract in case of force majeure as determined by the court, and in case of a shortcoming or error of the customer or due to an unpredictable and irreversible fact committed by a third party in respect of the contract.
Thuline Studio-Gallery is not responsible for damage or other consequences caused as a result of the incorrect use of the purchased product and / or products.
All photos, information and texts provided are as accurate and complete as possible. Despite these efforts, inaccuracies may occur in the photos, information and texts made available. If the information provided contains inaccuracies or if certain information on or via the site is unavailable, Thuline Studio-Gallery will make every effort to rectify this as soon as possible. The entrepreneur can possibly not be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the information on this site. 13. COMPLAINTS:
