Return policy

The customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date of the product or products to return the product or products without reason.
The customer must report the withdrawal in writing and fill it in by filling in the “withdrawal form” or by making another unambiguous statement (by mail or letter) in which he declares to withdraw from the contract.
The customer may only return the product or products when he / she has notified the right of withdrawal in writing.

The returns are always at the risk of the customer. Lost or damaged goods from returned products are not the responsibility of Thuline Studio-Gallery-Painter.
The product and / or the products must be complete including accessories, instructions for use, etc.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The product or products may not have been used yet.
Dirty products are not accepted.
Personalized or customized products are never taken back.
If the return does not meet these conditions, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Thuline Studio-Gallery will immediately notify the customer of the receipt of the revocation.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the form for revocation ”occur. The amount will be refunded including the initial one delivery cost. If the return shipment is only AFTER 14 days, after the completion of the "withdrawal form" is in the possession of Thuline Studio-Gallery, then Thuline Studio-Gallery has an extra 14 days to refund the amount.

In the case of a partial return, the initial delivery cost is not refunded.
